These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Precision Service Center (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the shop”) and apply to all customers, referred to as “you” or “the customer.” By utilizing our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services Offered:
Our auto repair shop offers a range of services, including maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. The specific services provided will be . determined after an initial inspection and consultation.
2. Estimates:
We will provide you with a cost estimate for the requested services before initiating any work. Please note that estimates are subject to change based on the actual condition of your vehicle and any additional work required.
3. Authorization:
We will not proceed with any services or repairs without obtaining your explicit authorization. You have the right to approve or decline any additional work beyond the initially agreed-upon services.
4. Payments:
Payment is due upon completion of the services. We accept cash, credit cards, and some digital payment methods. We also work with select auto insurance companies for accident-related repairs. Any unpaid amounts may incur late fees.
5. Warranty:
We offer warranties on our services and parts, the terms of which will be provided when you request our services. Warranties are subject to terms and conditions.
6. Parts and Materials:
We may use both genuine and high-quality aftermarket parts, depending on your preferences and budget. The source and quality of parts will be discussed with you before proceeding with any repairs.
7. Vehicle Pick-Up:
You are responsible for picking up your vehicle promptly upon completion of the services. If your vehicle is not picked up within a reasonable time after notification, storage fees may apply.
8. Disputes and Concerns:
If you have concerns or disputes regarding the services provided, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe to address the issue. We are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and timely manner.
9. Insurance Claims:
For accident-related repairs, we may work with your insurance company. However, it is your responsibility to provide us with all necessary information and documentation required for the claims process
10. Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for accurately describing the issues with your vehicle and providing all relevant information. Failure to do so may result in additional costs or delays in service.
11. Liability:
We are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss of personal property left in your vehicle during service. We are also not responsible for any damages or issues related to pre-existing conditions or unapproved repairs conducted elsewhere.
12. Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it is not in your best interest or the vehicle is unsafe to drive. We may also refuse service for any reason that may pose a risk to our staff, customers, or our property.
13. Privacy:
We will maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required for insurance claims or legal obligations.
14. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Guyana. Any disputes will be resolved within the jurisdiction of East Coast Demerara..
